Broadlick is a Pacific Northwest native, and grew up spending her weekdays in Edmonds and weekends on San Juan Island. Assani is excited to move to the Pacific Northwest and learn all about what it has to offer, starting off with theĭr. Assani hopes to treat her patients holistically and provide empathetic, compassionate care. After graduating, she spent a few months in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania, working on medical school admissions processes and bringing the best practices of modern medicine to East Africa. Assani's goal was to learn as much as she could about humans, therefore, double majoring in Physiology and Religion at University of California, in Los AngelesĪnd completing a study abroad program in London as well.
